My wife and I built a custom home in north Burlington about 6 years ago with a highly recommended builder in the area. We hired Brejnik Fine Homes as there were several problems with the original building so we wanted to try someone different. Peter built our dream bungalow 5 years ago, a 3700 square ft bungalow including double car garage in south Burlington. Home designed by Peter and team to be a French Country Manor.
The management reserves the right to change prices. This was our 5th build but our first with Peter and we are extremely happy with Peter, our home and total experience. He delivered our dream home, we have the utmost respect for Peter and his team.
He is extremely calm, kind, honest, caring and professional where “ only the best will do”. Peter and his team were a joy to work with during the design and build. Peter is available even after we moved in years later, if anything was needed he would put us in touch with the appropriate people.
The main difference we noticed, is that this smaller building looks identical, but is of much higher quality. Peter is a great architect and so detailed oriented. He is also very thoughtful and creative in the whole design process. Cari, our interior designer, is charging and easy to work with.
